We are Juli (Japanese Brazilian) and Trevor (American) and we are traveling the world looking to find a place to call home. We are backpacking and traveling on a budget to see as many places as possible, doing volunteer exchanges, couchsurfing and so on. Yup, Malaysia is waaaaay underrated. I knew it when I first explored Malaysia pre-Covid and knew I wanted to retire there for half the year. How serious? I just bought my seaside condo!!!!

Rex Kl used to be Rex Cinema. I still remember when Jurassic Park was released in 1993 when I was 11, my brother and I waited in a long line to buy tickets here.

You had mention the cleanlinest of KL but it wasn't like that. there are some part need to improve their surrounding. Especially Chowkit area & Batu Caves. Shamely these part still not nice as it should be.

That's true. It was still overall cleaner than most of the cities we've been to in Southeast Asia.

You guys still in KL? If you're recommend u guy visit Putrajaya, there's a free tram ride till July at Putrajaya. You can go to Putrajaya by taking a train from KLCC(putrajaya line) n then take the tram at Putrajaya station. Enjoy 👌
