Hi Richard, thanks for the feedback. Our end cap nozzle angles similar to most OE mufflers, but could use some added angling on certain applications. We do have Silent Turn-Down Inserts (PMB-01-0011), Ultra Silent Turn-Down (PMB-01-0012) or even a Side Shooter Nozzle (PMB-99-0015) that could alleviate your concern when using our Spark Arrestor End Cap. Thanks again for sharing!

How tf did you do that?! My shock won’t allow me to do that. Some how the shock needs to be compressed big time in order for me to get any bolts in either side.

Why can't the pulse bar handle the lights? the only difference is the pulse bar has a 40amp fuse the post doesn't.

Did anyone order from Rocky Mountain ATV and they sent you the wrong fit-kit? Because they sent me four bolts instead of just two, and the fit kit they sent me had too big of bolts.

What do I do if I’ve got a set of used fastway pegs with the fit kit already installed and I need to swap the fit kit? I don’t have a press, vice, or the installation tool that comes with the pegs

I recently did mine.. Buy the proper fit kit and tell them you also need the installation tool. Super helpful folks!.. I used a wooden mallet to drive the collar bushings in or out 👍

Just a note that may save some of you time. I installed in the lowering position on my 22 YZ250 F, you will need the collar an 4 shims on each side to match the camber of the stock foot pegs. 3 shims/washers each side is perfectly level. You will need to use the longer bolts that come in the fit kit as well. If you install in the lower position, you'll need to adjust your shift lever and brake lever lower as well.

Hands down we are the most reliable and an economical option as opposed to purchasing a complete new USFS Approved muffler, which is what is traditionally done. In addition, it's often our spark arrestor end caps open up the bike to breathe better, producing a positive side effect of power gain opportunity. Insert type Spark Arrestors typically restrict flow. Most of our customers are looking for a complete reliable solution, if something else works great for you, go for it. We'll be here if that doesn't work out for you. 😀🤙

It's typically laser etched on each applicable Spark Arrestor base.

I installed mine yesterday. It would've been nice to have some basic directions. Such as: what size drill bit to make the pilot holes. I had to eyeball it, and probably used a bit one size too small, but I was able to use a drill/driver to send the self-tapping screws go in (very tightly). No mention of Locktite on any of the screws (no directions, again).

Why won't the OEM Guy's just put this stuff on from the factory!! everyone knows the OEM Stand sucks. just like the Carbs on all the 2 strokes suck, just add an Lectron or Smart Carb and be done...

Looks like a solid bit of kit, but that level of bike mutilation is a little too much for me. I think I'll try fashioning my own rack using the exhaust bolt holes and the sub-frame end fixtures.

Hahaha, mutilation?! The templates show you exactly where to cut some holes in cheap, replaceable plastics. Everything else is plug and play.
