Assalamualaikum, I had few questions, is real estate wholesaling permissible or impermissible? So what wholesaling real estate is? It involves finding property and making the seller an offer at a value lower than the usual market price, then locking them under a purchase contract and assigning the equitable rights secured by the contract to an able and willing real estate investor who will fund the purchase, but finding them is not a guarantee and there are terms written in the contract that we can back out within the inspection period, it is only used if we can't find a buyer above our contracted value. Suppose I offer an owner of a property 80000 dollars positioning myself as a real estate investor and he accepts it, then put it under contract and assign it to someone else who would like to buy in cash for say 95000. The difference 15000 is my take, is it halal or haram. I am asking because here I am not actually the end buyer but acting as a real estate investor to get the contract which I can assign afterwards. My second question is, is it okay to work in sales of selling pest control services. This is a company I am looking to intern at, the website is givengoaptive.com/# my question arises as to whether it is permissible to kill all these insects and animals and the usage of the chemicals as to whether those are permissible in the attempt to control? I have attached the screenshots of the animals and insects and would appreciate if you could take a look at their website about everything and give me a judgement. Thirdly, is it okay to wholesale products on amazon which have permissible characteristics to consume and use but their brand might be indulged in advertisements which are not permissible in the laws of Islam. So will it be okay to sell those already name branded products? And my another question is whether it is permissible to work in sales jobs which offer financing options, upon researching the market I found almost all the companies offer financing in USA to sell to their customers, if so how to position myself to the company and potential clients to refrain from pitching them financing options. Lastly, as you know the USA is very much interest based, is it permissible to work in a company which relies on interest to scale their companies, I mean established by taking conventional loan however if their area of expertise is not haram and what are some areas you would suggest for a business major to explore to earn a halal source of income?
