Trainer, I need resistance exercises to build muscle. Are these exercises useful or not? Please guide me to your videos that contain resistance exercises.

I followed you on the walk at home channel and looked you up to see if you had your own KZbin! After yo-yo dieting and having weight issues my whole life a year ago I started clean eating / fasting and walking 15 min after each meal with the walk at home videos. I’m now up to your higher burn videos and have never felt better. I still have lbs to lose (51 and it doesn’t come off so easy now) but you definitely keep me motivated and I hear myself saying don’t lose it! Your positivity is infectious.would love to see more videos!

Ideally you’d burn between 150-250 calories, but it is dependent on how hard you work and how high you get your heart rate. Also depends on how much fun you’re having!!💪🏾

I have been doing the high burn series for two weeks now and the results are coming in. My back pain is gone and I feel more toned. Normally during the workouts I feel bored but not with @JordanRose617 ! He is full of energy and makes me laugh. I hope in the future this coach can do some more series like this because his KZbin channel deserves to grow. If you are reading this I would like to tell you that you are great and inspiring. I love all of your workouts and thought I would try this one. The music is terrible. Hard to keep time with - even Jordan was off beat much of the time. Not nearly as much fun or enthusiasm as when he has a class full of people. Better music, some classmates, and more enthusiasm would make this a fun workout. I won't do it again unless there are changes.
