Awesome testing process and I think the way you put everything together took a lot of work and was well done. People need to remember one is 800$ (or <550$ second hand) the other is 1100$+300$+300$+300$+… etc. Only takes a couple of years before you hit mevo+ or trackman money and I don’t think the rapsodo really holds its own in that end of town. It’s going to be interesting to see how the second hand market goes for the Rapsodo units - there could be some great deals to be had …

I bought the SC4 last week. After downloading the app. I was able to log in. But was unable to get it to connect with Bluetooth There is no customer service. The phone # goes into a voicemail box that is not hooked up. The chat window on their website is a auto response, not a person. My 2 emails I have sent have not gotten a response. Worse customer service of any item I have every ordered. I would like to return it. But with no communication , don't know what to do now

David, Thanks for the video, I had trouble using mine yesterday on the range, (haven't had it that long), I noticed you set it up facing you, mine was backwards facing which is probably why mine wasn't picking up the shots :) Great video. Bill

Hey Dmax, I've got myself into a review black hole trying to decide between these units. I'll be using it outside in the backyard and am leaning towards the R10 for the club head metrics. What's your perspective on having club head (path & face) vs spin axis? What's more important and useful for training and dialling in your swing? Cheers

So I know you have answered this in a very round about way, but do u think that the SKYTRAK + is overall a better option than the mlmpro? Certainly want the course play in what I get but really want accurate bag mapping to learn how far I hit each club and want to work on shot shaping if that helps you give the best answer possible. When your bushnell stops working, just throw it away. Bushnell no longer has customer service support! Try calling/email them. Yes, my wingman is in the trash.

Two things the course play comes with 30 courses it's been stated more to come but will have an additional cost every much like E6connect. At present it doesn't seem to work with GSPRO on V5.

I was hoping Skytrak would have given us something very special, sadly they have failed yet again. GSPRO is far superior, it has hundreds of course and is only $30 per year more than this ST offering. Golftec have completely missed their chance to improve this product. I was hoping for camera vision of club face impact and a where your low point is ie before or after the ball. They have introduced the course play but want to charge $220usd for the privilege of 30 courses, NO THANKS

U should clarify that the ST+ doesn’t measure the club path and face angle. It’s calculated data. Golftec talks about this on one of their recent utube videos. The swingspeed;however, is measured. The club data was very inaccurate for me (confirmed side by side with a trackman) so I downgraded to an OG SkyTrak.

If you don't have a subscription, don't botter with this update. It's the basic range, and going by the looks of it, despite saying the best graphics options, it looks utterly horrific. I think they are locking graphics to a subscription as well. It never looked this bad. I'll stick to GS Pro for the $

Great videos. My original subscription expired last week, got the standard for $130 and started to download everything to get gspro as I didn't love E6. Decided to wait for the Skytrak update. After watching your first video on the course play decided to go for the add on courses instead of gspro. Graphics and user interface are great! Now gotta spend some time on the practice ranges. Thanks for the videos and reviews!

So the entire update works in the original Skytrak as well?? Courses? Driving ranges etc??

I have the st+ (upgraded from a Garmin R10 last year). Basics package is range only. You need the essentials package for $129 to get that new range, bag mapping, and skills challenges. Then it is another $220 for the add on courses. Honestly ST+ works great with GSPro and I have no intention to switch. It’s nice to have native courses, but GSPro has so many courses and patreon private servers has Awesome Golf and Protee type games (runbuddrun) and fun courses for my daughter like candyland golf and winter courses (thegolfboy). No way in hell would I give those up no matter how good the native supported courses are. Maybe lower the price or also include native GSPro support.

Still more affordable and better option to get GSPRO for 250 per year. Maybe if it was 150, maybe 200 at MOST per year instead of 350.. ppl would get it. Honestly i dont think it will work. GSPRO will be the better option still.

Nice review! I’ve been watching most all of your videos recently because I’m about to pull the trigger on a ST+. I have a few questions… firstly what hitting screen and enclosure are you using? And secondly, if I buy the ST+ right now when it arrives will this package be up for purchase or still in Beta? I just don’t want to buy into E6 or anything else if this is already available. Thanks!
