Debbie here...Love this video and the teeny tiny bird bath is so cute. One idea...put some stones in and a bit of water...butterflies will love, land and drink and if you have water...more butterflies. You can also use marbles (which add a bit of fun color)

Thanks for the tour of the roses. It brought back memories of walking around my mum's cottage garden and looking at all her david austen roses, plus a few other old fashioned roses. She had a gorgeous garden and always sent me home with a bouquet of flowers. Unfortunately she passed away in 2006 but this brought back many happy memories. Love from South Australia 🇦🇺 ❤

Absolutely love "Mary Rose" , she is gorgeous! Everything looks so healthy and green. I'm definitely wanting some David Austin roses. I just wish they were a little easier to hold of. Other than the main site, they are harder to find it seems. Vanessa Bell is beautiful as well. I'm drooling now lol. Oh, and by the way, my tri color beech starts lite and pinker and now is "bi color" as well. This much be normal, I still love it and it is eye catching. Great Video as always!

So wonderful. You definitely made the right choice! I have a smaller new build 2019 home on a slope and I regret doing a deck. I am new to gardening as well and after learning more and living in the home a raised stone patio would have been much more functional and beautiful. If I could afford it I’d tear my deck down and replace with multi level stone patio!

The original place was for a deck. I'm so happy that our builder steered us away.

For your next tour; when talking about the trees closer to your house/foundation…could you mention how many feet away you planted them from your house? I know it might be a big ask…but figured I’d throw it out there. It’s the thing that makes me the most nervous, when planting.
@growformegardeningКүн бұрын
I think we should mention that now and then. We do get a lot of concerned comments. That stone drip line is deeper than it looks on camera I think

Beautiful. Do you have Japanese beetles in your place? I am in southern Ontario and it is horrible. They always decimate the roses. I am always overwhelmed by them. This is one of the reasons that I don't grow a lot of roses.
