People often mistake the picture of the woman as his wife, it's not it was his mom. His wife, June ,is the one standing at the top of the stairs looking down at him.She died three months after this video from complications from surgery.

Instant sub after that reaction 😂 Gotta do The Thin Grey Line next. 1000 blunts, Antarctica, Not Even Ghosts Are This Empty and No Matter Which Direction I’m Going In I Never Chase These Hoes are all good ones and my favs too. Burgundy is definitely a new fav though it’s so gooooood.

You should check out Lil Peep, Juice Wrld, Mac Miller, 6 dogs (who have all passed away). Edit: just realised youve down them all except 6 Dogs, Buttcheeks is a great intro song to him. And ill throw in Chetta, hes signed to G59 ($B label).

Mac been around since he was a jit years before soundcloud, he got popping the old school way handing out CDs and shit lmao. I was a fan when KIDS and Best Day Ever came out in 2010 if I remember correctly. Edit: KIDS was '10, BDE was '11

I love watching new fans reactions to the boy$, I wish I could go back and listen to them for the first time again. Your energy is great my man. I understand why the self h@rm stuff isnt your thing, but these dudes put into words what a whole bunch of people around the world were feeling, so many people could relate to them and their music helped alot of people get through some dark days.

I’m so glad you listened to this song. The chorus hits me so hard. I can really relate to missing who we used to be. Even if the difference only exists in our personal perception, it’s something many of us would fight tooth and nail to get back to. This was the soundtrack to one of the darkest seasons in my life. I was so glad I found their music when I did.

The backstory on how this video ended up being so poignant is worth looking into. It wasn't planned to be this... When Trent first heard the JC version of his song he said it felt like watching someone kiss his GF before eventually coming around to the honor it was and how it was now Johnny's song.
