family and i were having a conversation about what the actual risks of top surgery are vs the stupid dangerous hateful fearmongering "hot takes", and we were all just sorta in agreement that gender affirming care is fine bc this family is kind and respectful of identity. as we should be! but. i did send them this and say that if we ever know anyone who opts for top surgery we should warn them not to do something that will have them cackle or fume bc that is the true risk of this surgery 😂 to b clear i'm not making light of hatred or anything and a surgery of any kind is a huge decision even if it saves your life. but this is objectively the funniest clip to cite as "oh yeah there's such danger in gender affirming care this was caught live"
