Ve a un cirujano que esté familiarizado con el patrón y que te muestre casos similares al tuyo (a ti los otros casos no te interesan)

This is an elementary school question. Do your research.

Finasteride only inhibits 70% of DHT. It means that the remaining 30% can continue miniaturizing hairs that are very sensitive to androgens. If your alopecia is aggressive and you are going for a NW V-VI-VII, finasteride may stabilize you at a III vertex or IV. Finasteride works well on medium baldness, but not on absolute baldness.

I have Advanced alopecia in my paternal family(nw 6-7), my hairloss started when I was 16, but it has been very slow progress, at 16 I was nw2, today 6 years later (I am 22) I am still a fronto-temporal nw2 with no minituariztion on mid scalp and crown (confirmed by a dermatologist). My progression is slow, but my father has full baldness so how aggressive is my hairloss? I recently started using finasteride 1mg every day, however i also want to add dutasteride 2 times a week( 5/2 fina/duta).

he slowed down the hair loss drastically, and for someone who started receding at 17 he has great hair now at 41

From what I have seen in the previous descriptions it's most likely 2mg finasteride each week.

para nosotros no hay problemas para dormir sobre cicatriz desde el primer día. Recuerda que cerramos muchas cicatrices de FUT cuando hacemos procedimientos de reparación y esos pacientes duermen sobre esa cicatriz reparada desde el primer día.

Si, tiene por supuesto para una 3ª operación. La donante mejoró mucho con la medicación, por eso el % pelo/graft extraído en ambas cirugías (mayor a 2.5). Pero actualmente estamos a la espera que retome la medicación que ha suspendido momentáneamente por cuestiones de familia.

The number of grafts is not important, in diffuse alopecia you always have to work with a high percentage of hair/grafts (2.55 in this case). Lower ratios will not give you the expected result. The number of hairs is important, not the number of grafts.
