Paciente de 51 años sin tratamiento médico, pelo gris y difusa NW IV con mayor despoblamiento en zona frontal (88 cm22) y menor en coronilla (35 cm2). Buena donante en zonas parietal y occipital, no tanto temporal, aunque el caliber capilar y el color de pelo nos favorece. Por edad y patrón aconsejamos finasteride a dosis muy baja y preparamos estrategia al mejor resultado en 1 cirugía y posterior evaluación.
Donante:
Temporal: 60 μm ; 61 UF/cm2; 150 pelos/cm2; 2,46 pelos/UF; CV de 9,00.
Parietal: 63 μm ; 82 UF/cm2; 215 pelos/cm2; 2,62 pelos/UF; CV de 13,54.
Occipital: 65 μm ; 71 UF/cm2; 205 pelos/cm2; 2,89 pelos/UF; CV de 13,33.
TDA de 264 cm².
TDC de 15,538 grafts (a 2,53 pelos/graft).
TDHC de 39,255 pelos.
Se extraen 3901 grafts (10,495 pelos ), a 2,69 pelos/grafts, para 67 cm2 de frontal (30-36 grafts/cm2) y 40 cm2 de coronilla (36 grafts/cm2) con picos temporales cerrando diseño frontal. Punch: 0.9 mm. Se realiza también pequeño retoque en patilla derecha (20 grafts de BHT) que solicita el paciente.
Grafts: I-246; II- 1365; III- 1696; IV- 53; V- 1.
Compartimos su muy buen resultado a 5 meses con cobertura casi complete de las zonas diana. Muy buen pronostico. Se actualizará.
