I always think of Rick the Temp on Much music interviewing Gob. He said that they were full of energy like they eat to many chocolate bars or something. Then one of the members of gob said “some people think I eat to many chocolate bars.” To which Rick stopped for a moment and starting laughing his head off and wanted to cut to the commercial but couldn’t. Then again it was much music so I’m sure it was either a zit commercial or Doritos commercial as soon as they took an ad break.

I myself never had acne, but some of my friends did. I was understanding and supportive about it. Since it is no one's fault. I could not believe how nasty and cruel some of our peers and classmates were though. However karma catches up with everyone.

Ok but blood sugar spikes are known to cause breakouts for boils and acne, and hygiene absolutely helps. Washing your face a few times a day, unclog pores. If I wear my nasal strip for 12 hrs, the pores that were blocked will .ore likely break out. So these facts were to destigmatize, but not actual facts. There are many medications that can reduce acne, but diet, exercise (to flush the pores) and proper diet will go a very long way in reducing acne. Whenever I go to wash my face this commercial pkps into my head. 30 years later every time...

This commercial is false. Go vegan to cure your acne and if you're unlucky enough that that doesn't work, go Whole Foods Plant Based. Problem solved, WITHOUT the Accutane.
