Really appreciate your very in-depth look at ElevenLabs' features - thank you, Dustin! (I didn't use much of the features, because the less of them I use, the more minutes of translation I save for the month's alottment to use later. You can, for instance, use the AI to replicate the voice of the speaker on the original video.) Sounds like the app might be even better than the pc version. Blessings! 💖🤗

I have been using Duolingo for just a few weeks shy of a year! They have a gay themed format! Which really bothers me!! I planned on deleting the app for their pushing their gay agenda!!!! I decided to stay Learning because they offered learning (despite their devious gay agenda…) I thought they were pro learning! Then they made their opportunities for working your way in learning if you didn’t want to pay for whatever reason … they are now daily taking away the ability to really learn by Super Pressure to Purchase their Max Duolingo!!!!! I thought Duolingo a fair app until this last few weeks give or take. I could earn my hearts ♥️Through diligent hard work 😓… Now they have taken that away … I am looking to finish my year streak and find another way to learn Spanish like Rosetta Stone ( which is free if you have a library card) I wanted to learn Spanish not be so frustrated that I no longer desire or enjoy Duolingo!!!! I feel they don’t appreciate those who work as hard as I do on their site - Looks like their Gay Agenda and Now their Lack of interest in serving all people in every economic situation to strive to learn languages is no longer important! Only Money and Twisted Abominations are their goals! So I will be saying Good Bye to Duolingo at my successful Year Streak!

Thank you so much for your positive feedback. If you are looking for a structured course to get a good overview about the grammar and the language, it can be definitely worth it. But I wouldn't use it as the main resources for learning. The main activity should be to develop a solid comprehension of the language, by reading and listening a lot. And then at a later point you can also start speaking.

@@DustinSchermaul That's the perfect attitude about it - keep things fun and loose! 🤗 It makes a big difference in our capacity to retain what we learn. I've been working on the accusative (o yumurtayi = that egg, etc.) and also what I think of as the copula because it's so similar to the Hebrew copular use of "this" (e.g.) as inclusive of the verb "is" - when you're trying to say something like "This is a girl" - so if you were translating it literally, it would just look like "This girl." (Sorry, that was probably as clear as mud. 😂) The real challenge, for me, is Chinese because of the characters. If you know of a good system for learning Pinyin, I would really appreciate hearing about it. In the meantime, slow and teady wins the race. God bless you, my friend.

Not all games do this, especially during cut scenes that are integral to story comprehension.
