Will the clutch hold? You guys made the MAX-200 and it was experiencing way too much clutch slip. I think it'll be worse for this because this will make upwards of 30hp easily

...the million dollar question is how the crankshafts of both the pistons are connected, r they welded together or anything else ?? Will the stock clutch plates of an Rx be able to tolerate the increased power ?? Will this work be as durable as a company made one ????🤔🤔🤔

Are you claiming that the cdi comes with a custom ignition curve that you yourselves have designed? Unless you're manufacturing the CDI yourselves (and I'm friends with the guys who make the most advanced CDI's and PV controllers in the world, so I completely understand the complexities involved in doing so), does that mean I can re-map the CDI myself to run my own map the same way you guys "programmed your own map" in this CDI?

Yes it has an ignition curve as per our spec from the manufacturer. It is not that complex if you know about electronics. Diode, resistors, capacitors and ic, not a big deal. We build whole standalone ecu from ground up. You can check the video on YT for the same.

This cdi is not programmable so you can’t have your own map. It has a fixed ignition curve but there are programmable cdi as well.

@@NaughtyNutdoing a hobby project with a Speeduino is very very different from building an actual ECU that's reliable and can be called as "race spec". You seem to be quite delusional with regards to what passes off as an industrial product vs a hobby project that a bunch of kids built after watching KZbin videos over a weekend. Having built similar projects myself during my college days for crank angle interception up to 3300 rpm, rail pressure interception, injection timing control, etc. I can tell you that none of this is "not a big deal", or you'd be able to actually hit a race track with the ECU and sell it to other people. As for your claims about the CDI manufacturer loading up your choice of ignition map on this kit, I call bullshit. We've used this kit and several others like this that can be purchased for diet cheap from Aliexpress, Shoppee, Lazada, etc and can be found in just about any roadside two stroke tuner shop in SE Asia. Don't take credit for stuff you haven't done lol, it's quite sad to watch. I'm very much in touch with manufacturers of the most advanced two stroke CDIs in the world like Zeeltronic, Ignitrc, etc. and friends with the actual tuners in the two stroke factory racing teams from the 70s, 80s and 90s so I can't help but laugh at how disillusioned you sound when you claim it's as simple as diodes, capacitors, etc. LOL! All this tells me only one thing - you've never hit a race track in your life and you've never seen or ridden an actual two stroke race bike in your life. Stop claiming that you build performance bikes lol

This is a “standalone” ecu. It’s not meant to control your dildo. It’s just there to manage the engine the way you want.
