Also her lips are not in sync with the audio of her speaking so I'm guessing the audio is off by about one count from what was danced and spoken. Proper rhythm matters when you learn a dance. It's like language, children should learn proper grammar, while talented writers can do whatever they think works. Expert dancers can interpret the music to suit their feeling, while beginners should stick with the standard rhythm.

There's something odd about the timing since the music and the spoken rhythm has them breaking on count 3 instead of 2.
