I think it’s pretty much the same. The layout may be slightly different, but the method carries over. It doesn’t improve anything per se. It’s more just for fun; to hear the turbos spool better and to get that audible blow off noise. I personally love it and have had zero issues at all since doing the mods.

This is a 3.7. It’s possible the layout makes it a little different with space to work. Thanks for the insight though.

This is a 2013 with a 3.7. Up to I think 2014 this should be a pretty identical process for the 3.5’s and 3.7’s. I believe there were some slight configuration changes in the years following, but should at least be a good guide for what to expect. I always try to combine tips and information from multiple sources and past experiences, but I recommend getting at much info as you can from different sources too to see what works best for you. Sorry. I replied yesterday, but I don’t see it on here now: Correct. If anything you can out a small breather filter on the BOV to keep dirt dobbers and stuff out, but don’t cap it off, otherwise there where be no where for the excess pressure to vent.

Correct. If you do anything, you can put a small breather filter on to keep dirt dobbers out something out, but you don’t want to cap it. Otherwise the excess air pressure can’t vent.

No noticeable change. With my commute and driving style, I’ve averaged right around 17.7 the whole time I’ve owned the truck.

Its not even that tbh, its because its owned by an investment fund who only view it as a business and nothing else and will not allow the great minds in the back to do the ideas they want to do.

I’ve always been curious about that whole story, but obviously he’s not obligated to tell us every single thing about his life. I would imagine we will get to know and learn more about him personally though. Donut was never necessarily about him, so with his own project he’s free to be more personable and and a more direct connection with his audience. I’m happy for him. Looks like it’s going to be good. Yeah, I feel like there will be guest appearances both ways. Only makes sense there would be to me. As far as Nolan goes, yeah I feel like it would have to be super tempting. He’s the most seasoned host there now, and the only one that I could see actually being able to jump ship and make it work on his own or with one of the others who have left. That said, the Big Wigs have to know that, and I would imagine they’re going to incentivize Nolan to stay if they haven’t already. I’m not sure what their pay structure looks like, but it sounds like Jerry and Jobe were basically salaried. If they offered a percentage of ad revenue or something for videos he’s in, it might be lucrative enough. Although money isn’t everything, and there are surely other factors worth weighing. Time will tell I suppose.

I would hope that’s all it is, but in the past, for other hosts, they’ve mentioned that so and so is out and what they’re doing. Granted they don’t owe us anything, but especially considering so many people have point blank asked and no response has been given at all, there’s something bigger going on. The more I think about it, the more I’m afraid the split wasn’t on good terms for one reason or another.

James is to Donut as Clarkson was to Top Gear. We come for the content and stay for the people.
