Hi doctor, I’m Nayana from Bangalore. From past 2 years I have Rheumatoid Arthritis (autoimmune disease). I am on medication from these 2 years, emerald 50mg every 15 days. But still if I am late for the injection or if I miss even 1 injection it starts to hurt like before. Because without medication I am not able to live a normal life, not cured after 2 years of medication also. If I do meditation, gayantri mantra and omkara, can I heal from this? Can you please guide me. Plz reply me doctor 😔😭

Mam can u explain it I have listened from best doctor he is also neurosurgeon he said in Mahabharata time Arjun never slept night still continues practice archery How is it possible And according yoga it's necessary sleep 2hr.30 minutes after it's we change mange Many celebrities don't slept much more narendra modi but still High active

Thanks, I walk barefoot every morning in open nature park for about 45 min. There are great benefits like improved alertness, exercises all the foot muscles providing natural reflexology, reduces tension, aligns with the magnetic field, gives a sense of grounding and finally a silly reason-I don’t need a costly or clean shoes for great health. The benefits are so big that I’m no longer concerned what others would think.

Very true, I have experienced it. When I have anxiety and palpitations, taking a walk barefoot in a park nearby calms and soothes my nerves in no time , walking barefoot on the grass has become my daily habit now.
