bro the trucks now are at least 22 yrs old for the newest 7.3... body rust unless redone even from southern states its gonna have rust if your looking for a 7.3 thats has had the whole front end suspension redone and u joints vaccum hubs rust free ding free dent free dry as a bone no leaks blah blah blah with under 200k miles then your gonna pay at least 15k for a truly flawless 7.3 superduty cosmetic issues are inevitable and easy for me to fix i would stick to the mechanical end of the inspection if u wanna never buy a tuned 7.3 good luck unless u find an old couple like u did

That was an awesome job! But one thing , what about the rust on the inside of the panel? If their was rust on the outside their must be rust on the inside, and without sanding or removing it all it will continue to spread like the plague. No hate whatsoever!

Upgrading our '05 F350 Super Duty XL's mirrors. Man are these amazon mirrors made cheap 😂 Must be really low current to run mirror defroster and power mirrors on like 22 guage wires 😳 Plus the non-standard color coded wires.

No offense, but i am a welder and that welder is too cold for thicker brackets. You really have to preheat that thick stuff. Especially with a low amp welder.

For the hole you can use great stuff spray foam. Cut off excess and Bondi on top.

I had a 93 E150 that had this shifting issue, I didn’t know it, but noticed when following my wife driving the van that the third brake light had a burnt bulb. Replaced the bulb, and the light was fixed, and noticed that the shifting issue went away. I then went online and found this was a “thing” with Ford trucks.
