Is there any benefit to buying the internal swap kit you bought vs buying the PPE Bypass replacement valve??

What kit did you buy? I've looking around for it and didnt find one for that price. I appreciate the info it turned out sick.

Cool video and they look nice illuminating your chrome rims. If you don’t mind constructive criticisms then, a shot of them at night would’ve been better and this was a bit long with a lot of explaining. Feel like you could’ve edited it to be half the time. Just my thoughts. Otherwise great job man.

what ratio do you mix your paint ?

If I paint it like that and I do 4-5 coats and then I come to deep clean it and detail it in future would the paint wear off from the soap or anything ?

Inject used gear box oil in there with a syringe. Dry off the outside surface you need to repair with acetone. You will never get rust again.

Never do this. Here in Finland that is not even legal repair. It must be welded. Then you can put some fiberglass on top to smooth it, but there must be some metal under it.

How do you get it to show the white and not orange for running light

You may want to check your roof seams. I live in the south, and I had a panel that rusted out because water was getting in up top at the rear and running down from the inside. I shot it full of silicone to stop it from getting in, but I didn't know what else to do at the time.

The headlights came out awesome looking. Way better than stock. I think you're right that the tape would have come out better if you just did several 90 degree angles instead of trying to bend it. No biggie tho.

Thanks for video. I would have used spray foam INSIDE the thing. The grill I would have placed IN FRONT of the foam as it dries. Then, bondo would have been easier to apply. Yet, all is good. Thanks again. 🤔
