I can speak for thousands of us blue collar guys we don't have a need for $200 work pants I could see $50-75 for the same pant but I'll say we can get some wranglers or double knee dickies and still get the same results I'm a contractor send me a pair and I'll see if there worth the hype the one thing for sure you have is there made in America other than that I'll stick to what's already been working

Worth the price?

I’m a heavy equipment mechanic I get filthy every day I get covers in grease hydraulic oil engine oil diesel I crawl ito dirty places like engine bays booms lay in dirt mud pools of oil get snagged rips tears scratches. In winters which are light in my area I do the same it’s been hard finding rain gear that holds up to those elements waterproofing seems to fade due to the chemicals pressure washer… do with that info as you wish lol

I used to be a commercial fisherman, and also worked in construction. Now I am a real estate agent and the hard work I do in my yard or cutting and splitting wood or snow removal. I own a bunch of 1620 gear and it is incredible!

Work in HVAC for decades and 1620 work clothes definitely most comfortable, durable, handy clothes I've worked in . They're also great for everyday wear and fact 1620 is made by American hands with American materials is best part.

There are also a bunch of guys out there who are nearing retirement from their corporate career, love to learn a new skill and have a desire to be self sufficient. (horrible welder - decent grinder) There is no better way for me to shed the stress of my day job than to slip on my 2.0 or foundation pants and get out in the garage or on my property and work. Next Fall/Winter please consider lined foundation pants!

Can you guys please put some damn pockets on your work pants? You're basically the only usa made pants with knee pad pockets, but you don't put cargo or utility pockets on the pants. I have a few pairs, and most don't even have a hammer loop. I know that on your 2.0 pants, you have added hammer loops, but i also need pockets, please. Also, not sure if I'm the only one, but the 'watch' pockets that are in your normal hand pockets are so annoying and in the way; every time you put your hand in the regular pocket you get caught on that useless pocket.

Carl's shirt here is great. The snaps instead of buttons and no huge logo on the pocket is fantastic.

I know one thing that the electrical union can do in Boston and that’s changed their hiring process. I remember when I took my test I was watching kids next to me who I knew were absolutely not gonna make it. Kill me in that test. I didn’t get picked because of that. I am now licensed and there is not a person that I have worked for or with that has ever told me I am not one of the best workers they have ever worked with. I take pride in that and I make it a point to hear that from every person I work with.

Same here Keith keeping busy and jobs piling up for us which requires me to step up and get it done regardless of my age 53 I hike regularly to stay fit and it pays off on hard days of work but my 1620s are part of every moment and my go too work line that just game changer in work clothes.

Love the Utility and Cargo 1620 pants but a little warm in hot humid weather so definitely need a pair of Shop pants after hearing their like wearing sweat pants but very tough and durable.

Have many 1630 pairs of pants and love them so much especially the 2.0 utility line full of features like no other and many different colors as well so naturally I'm definitely getting this Awesome Shirt for fall and winter and their signature work hoodie.

These pants are by far the best I’ve used for construction. Normal pair of name brand jeans would last me two or three months of heavy use. I’m still using my first pair of 1620’s and it’s been two years. Probably wear um 3-4 days a week doing roofing, flooring, landscaping,… doesn’t matter. They don’t wear out.

I hear you . 1620 becoming my only brand of clothes I wear for work , play or just casual wear. Also I hunt so probably use them for that as well.

Works great for hammer , drill, or water bottle when hiking. The 2.0 Utility pants are my favorite right now . Just full of features I can actually use in all situations.

Oh yeah those 2.0 Utility double knee pants are my go too for work hard, play hard and just casual wear as well. 1620 rocks.
