I love how Audley Freed elaborates how Jimmy Page was hid idol growing up snd how intimidated he was on stage with Jimmy, rightfully so.

Take a rather nondescript Zeppelin tune and have The Jimma turn it up to 11 - what u have cannot be explained nor touched. MAGIC SHOW. Peace.

They held up their own along side Jimmy! Great backing band for him, Kudos to the Black Crows!

I didn't really know The Black Crowes so when Jimmy got with them it wasn't on my radar, I just thought it was odd. But this is outstanding. That intro was so smooth and clean plus the full backing guitars in the live setting was... new. It was interesting how Jonesy with the acoustic arrangements (+ moog) did it live in 77 and all, this is much closer to the studio version. Nothing wrong with either, having both is better.

Jimmy intended this song to be an instrumental. I sure am glad the Robert Plant's lyrics got added. There's something about this song that stirs the soul. I could listen to it over and over.

So the crows Brothets insulted Jimmy by saying they did not want to make any new music. This is why he left that tour. They played songs that were never done live. Mqhatba shsme Those dirty scavenger crows stoned all day
