just saw this video. I'm amazed that you felt comfortable about the mechanic not torqing the fasteners on the engine. curious as to whether you have had any issues since the work was done. I realize that this is an old video. one of my qustion is how was he able to put the chain guide in without having to take off the crank case cover to make sure it was properly installed? need to do work on my engine after my exhaust valve broke off.

@Himalayan Tools can this be done on an UCE 350? How big in CC we can go on UCE 350cc without requiring to rebore the crankcase?

no. Buy a 500cc UCE and if you want upgrade to 535 with the conti cylinder. make sure you get a carby version - injection on UCE sucks.

The problem is usually on the right bushing behind the rear brake pump assembly. A lack of grease is not the problem, but rather that the bolt assembly was over torqued during assembly and compressed the bushing so it is now no longer floating but rather the swing arm is rubbing directly against the frame. So you could disassemble the swing arm and install a thin washer and re-torque by hand to spec or you can just put a drop of heavy weight gear oil to the bushing area and that will last months of daily riding. The problem seems to be that they are using impact wrenches during assembly.

I guess you should also do the following changes along with it- 1. Change to a better clutch plate 2. Change the gear sprocket upgrade to a better one 3. Use an improved ecu 4. A Full system exhaust 5. Upgrade brakes 6. Use a better engine oil the one provided from company isn't very good 7. Stock spark plugs can be replaced with iridium spark plugs 8. An improved air filter I own a classic 350 j series bought in 2023 i also reside i India, i could be looking forward for this mods i might make a series for it as well or else i will shift to classic 650 in the upcoming years. Greetings i had be looking forward to this project it could be game changer for everyone. If possible bro make some videos doing some more additional performance mods.
@gkossatzgmxde7 ай бұрын
1) not needed, stock clutch does a great job 2) there is no "better" I want low rev torque, not high end speed, so the stock sprocket stays 3) of course I have the Powertronic and even the FuelxPro+ (which is nice but not needed) 4) I am looking to replace the cat with an open pipe 5) not needed, these brakes are very good - much better than e.g. Himalayan 6) we ALWAYS use full synth only 7) tried it but no difference to stock 8) Not needed, but some changes to the air flow help by cutting the knee 9) You need to also adjust the head volume (its easily done with a dremel) to avoid knocking with bad fuel This bike is super fast now and if it where any faster I would say not for beginners. a 650 just adds weight, costs and complications.

Thank you for the video. As other have called out. This is a wet clutch. The plates needs to be submerged/soaked in oil for several minutes before installing them. Not doing so would cause unnecessary initial wear during start up and first use. Outside of that, great video.
