Nice tri. With those home made deck hatches, they will let in water when you get a green wave breaking over the deck (probably why Donald Crowhurst failed). Simple way to improve it, fix a deflector batten to the deck just in front of the hatch, so the flow of water goes over the hatch, rather than under the lip as you have at present

There is a biodigester you could use for your waste (toilet also) that produces gas equivalent to propane. Search for it you might be able to fit one in the propane storage locker. You can add a wind turbine that could easily provide another 400 watts for your batteries. I had planned on installing three vertical wind generators on my late trimaran (she was hijacked when she was being delivered grounded on a reef and battered to pieces) they would have provided 6,000 watts of power. You guys have done a fantastic job and it looks incredible!
