FYI): Salty CAB 1C- "FLICK" (Flecanide) your headlights & "PROPERLY FILL" (Propafenone) fluids in the front of the cab (C is the first letter) 1A - process of elimination tbh [think limo cab and pouring tonic (quinine -> quinidine - cinchonism); "PRO-longed QuarTerback" (Procainamide, Prolonged QT); "DICE SO PLAYED out next to DRUGS" (Disopyramide; Drug induced SLE) 1B - "MEXICAN" (Mexilitine) shooting up "LIDOCAINE" (Lidocaine) in the "B"ack [also best workers, so best post-MI]

Update needed on LDL in light of recent research. Good and Bad cholesterol are outmoded and misleading terms. Like many ketovores I tend to have higher LDL but extremely high HDL ( very good), and remarkably low TGs (most excellent!). My blood glucose is normal, CRP low, and HOMA-IR nicely low. I'm not a LMHR, just ordinary keto responder! Perfect health now that I do not eat carbs. Anyway, just a reminder that this talk needs updating. Perhaps an add-on?
