@@mattscardshop is the coin flip a strategy you will now have in back of your mind where you will have 2-prices for a card and buyer has to be willing to flip a coin? It might sell some cards that people are hesitant to buy but the coin flip my entice them(?)

@@mattscardshop also a thing with a coin flip is have to make it a bit dramatic and make it go as long as possible, hence standing up and throwing high as possible {that anticipation which side the coin will land-on}. Seated flip only lasts half a second :)

What do you use to make your videos? Is someone recording you or is it like a go pro ? Looks so clear and you can hear only you and the customers. Amazing Quality

I appreciate that haha because I think there’s always room for improvement! My set up is a go pro and rode wireless mic. It’s a relatively cheap setup compared to some of the cameras out there.

The go pro definitely has its cons too - battery life (i have 4 backup batteries), overheating, close up footage but it’s a good value option!

How much does e b a y AU charge (fee, %) to sell a card set? got a slabbed & graded 9-piece 1-of-5 card set that is probably worth about AU$5,000 that I feel is time to sell before it goes down in value. are there any other ways to sell it online without personally having to go to a card show / expo?

general rule is about 12-13% but i think they take less than that if it's a massive sale like 5k. would probably recommend consignment otherwise

I sell exclusively on ebay. I feel the 13.5% is honestly not bad at all considering the exposure you get in return and there are no fees if your card doesn't sell. I even pay $22/month for the ebay store because I think it helps with the algorithm.

I have the Labelwriter 550 and an Epson Perfection that cost around $150ish. They're probably the most budget friendly ones but if you can, definitely go for a wireless label printer.

This is a tough one. It definitely isn't one for a non-established seller. I couldn't imagine buying it but I haven't got around to selling the 50 or so cards I have been letting pile up that aren't PC or are duplicates. Watching you videos will inspire me to finally get it done!

I would probably send the Pippen direct to consignment. It is a very up and down card. Unless you gem I don't think the grade impacts the price too much.
