Markandeya katju is not speaking the truth when he said that there was no evidence to show that there was a temple below babri masjid. It was a well known, practice during muslim rule, to demolish a hindu temple and build a masque over it to show their supremacy. Every mosque was built after demolishing a temple in India. Worst barbaric act of a Muslim king was to set fire to Nalanda university library where 8 lakes rare books including astronomy were preserved were burnt to ashes. Such being the truth, hearing such statement from a former SC judge is not expected.

Most corrupt in our society is our judges.

We should have collegium to select , pm , cm , president , cds , & in every sphere. Mr Katju, shamelessly u r supporting collegium despite having record of a good judge.

Mr Katju, pl inform us how our judges made, have they given any entrance exam / any exam. Could any judge can clear a clerical exam ? No suomoto / contempt in our constitution. It's done to gain publicity & gag the public . Have our judges fallen from heaven to threaten every institution without any accountability.

Our judges have no rule to list the cases. Put their nose on every matter & create bottle neck in devlopment. No where in the world there is collegium, nepotism, low meritious judges . Mr sibal pl tell about nepotism collegium judges.
