We the people of india celebrating constitutional adoption day, all are feeling proud. judiciary has reached towering heights in protecting thr rights of the citizens guaranteed under constitution. Article, 32, 226 are the weapons in the hands of people in seeking their fundamental rights protected. However, the lives of industrial workers under EPFO is very poor as we are getting minimum pension of Rs. 1000/- and maximum of 4500/- as on today. This small amount of pension is very difficult to survive life. Therefore, as enunciated under directive principles of state policy, a dignified life for every individual to live better. Even welfare pensions giving by various states are far better than epfo pensioners. Govt of india may need to focus urgently on epfo pensions under eps act 1995.
