Yes this is a completely horrible horrible machine. In this video it says that while it's agitating at the same time it rotates the clothes into the water but if you watch the video the clothes only move back and forth they never move like they're rotating through the water like from the ones on the bottom come to the top that never happens in this video. In my machine it as very little water then it will sit and soak for 20 minutes then it will washes or agitates shall I say for approximately 30 seconds, then it drains starting the rinse cycle. How in the world does this get anything clean yes they smell good when they come out but they're not clean I hate this washing machine and had I lived here with my parents when they bought it before my mama died I would have said take this back this is a bad idea but now that I'm living here caring for my dad I'm having to use this washing machine and is a piece of crap and I want to throw it out the door put it on the truck take it to the scrap yard where it belongs. Not to mention I have tried to call whirlpool several times and cannot get anywhere through automated system cannot get a human on the phone for any reason I do not want someone to come out here fix it because it's not broken this is how it is this is just how this thing works and it is a piece of crap I will find a 20-year-old regular agitating washing machine for $20 or possibly free and use that this will go to the scrap yard because I wouldn't give this away to anybody free because it's useless!

There is no such thing as a "top slot" and "bottom slot". There's a Neutral, there's a Ground and there are two "Hot" or "Live" slots. The outlet can be installed sideways or upside down for any reason. DO NOT listen to that video explanation. That video should be removed, in fact.

worst machine I have ever used

I have a husqvarna tractor YTH20K46 ... and I got it free needs a new head bolt, any way I got it home and took the blade deck off to push into the backyard and the wheels were locked (which it wouldn’t move forward or backwards... after reading the manual I think I’ve figured it out that the transmission was engaged but the key switch at the back is loose so I’ll have to play with it to disengage it...
