I sincerly think removing affixes is a good move, although adding kiss curse effect like the bargain is pretty good even in high keys, I just think keeping the bargain in high keys but reducing the value that fort and tyran and guile adding to the bosses and mobs should be neccesary if they making that way

It's always sad when your favorite spec is rated kinda low, but i'll usually always stand by my Affliction Lock, I think it'll get a bit better in War Within with the added burst damage from some of the new hero talents and some moved around talents/revamped talents. I'll just look forward to the future. x)

No offense, but yall are a minority of the playerbase. It may kill the game for you, but it wont kill the game itself. I get the change is dumb, but acting like io pushers are the backbone of WoW is laughable to say the least.

Iv been playing wow forever with breaks some small some multiple seasons, first time I read a blue post and actually just decided not to play I haven’t seen a single positive reaction to this so I dunno what data they are basing these decisions off. I dunno why they can’t just have fort or tyran with the other bucket and then just have a seasonal affix? If you took 1000 random players and asked them to design an affix I doubt any of them would make an affix that increased damage taken randomly and uncontrollably meaning a flat aura buff to mobs or an affix that would exclude certain classes from certain weeks when meta is already a massive issue, actual indie company, sucks for the player base to see them actively killing the game.

They need to remove all affixes or invent one that is actually cool to play around if they want us to ''Interact with the dungeons mechanics more''.

I almost purchased the xpac. So glad I came across this video. Fuck it, after many years of playing, I’m so fucking done with blizzards stupid fucking ideas.

This reads to me like Blizzard devs think they know more than the player base who do the content x100 times more than them.

All of this new M+ affix cookage aisde, who in their right mind thinks that retiring afflic,incorp,entang,storm,volcanic is a better idea than deleting ragi,bolster,bursting,sanguine. Whoever made this decision needs to be retired from ever touching m+ again.

I feel like a 10% dmg increase to some mobs in the dungeon wont really matter at all. At the moment class balance is so bad that even if u gave nature spells a 10% buff, u would still just play Mage/Shadowpriest. So to me it seems useless, unless they fix class balance.

Been doing M+ at a high level since Legion. But i think this is the end. A shame they want to disrespect their playerbase.

The longer i think the more problems i see with this whole shit. We gonna have negative affixes that have synergy compared to what we had, bolstered mobs casting faster or doing more damage and shit... the positive of these affix is absolute meaningless meme, oh nice a half of the pack died faster, now you have other have bolstered and still alive. Basically it will add to specific dmg dealer 3-4% in overall. But we have new nasty negative stuff to deal with

As a healer who mainly pugs, please do not bring back incorp/afflicted. I understand everyone’s complaints about the four that are staying but when it comes to pugging 20-25’s incorp/aff is way more toxic to me as a healer than sang/bolst/etc. I can see how you as someone with good players can easily deal with incorp/aff and not care if they came back, and because you push high keys I can see how you hate bolstering/sanguine more. But from all the healers I’ve spoken too about this, we are all rejoicing that incorp/aff is gone.

I’m sure that some bean counter would love for M+ dungeons to be fixable by just unchecking a box of affixes, but unfortunately they might have to actually do some work on it

Blizzards main focus is how can we keep players engaged long into the season. Removing the hard affixes just increases the likelihood that sweats run through keys in the first month and then uninstall. They want players to skip weeks. It’s all about engagement

Now we know bolstering and raging are unplayable anyway but add fort + those caster affixes and tell me pugs will have fun LMAO. The way I see it on death affixes are punishing me for killing mobs fast (core of m+) and that's not fun at all

yeah. when i saw that they are keeping all the crap affixes and removing the decent ones, i laughed. glad im not alone here. not to mention they are replacing them with these new, finicky affixes. what a weird take.

Take out afflicted/incorp, put bursting in instead. Removes 2 godawful affixes that exclude multiple classes while also keeping the one good affix from the +7 bucket, also putting the +4 bucket at 4 affixes to match the new affixes, which is what they wanted from the +7 pool since it was 4 affixes there. Problem solved, for the most part

30% haste is a nightmare. Think of like the hail of stone casts in Uldaman. You can’t kick it - yes I know you can CC it - but it would probably just hasten so they do 30% more damage to the group.

It would be great if some affixes are tied to a key ( well I got holy key, better get some rps on this run ) but they being tied to WEEKLY it will just make people more picky than they already are, it's the other way around of inclusive lol Gg dh having phys, fire and chaos
