Omni cd has an interrupt tracker window that’s movable

assume he needed it to survive, sigils are insane and a great help without a doubt but a dead tank is a dead tank and a solid group can easily make up for the lack of two utiliy sigils

base on logs and feedback it is around ~13.57% ehp gained but only 5% edps lose. Its a no brainer.
