I never knew there was a dance version of "The Gael" this was a great way to find out though. Honestly as a drummer I love the whole idea of using a speedbag as a rythm instrument. This was amazing. You've earned a sub. Hope you upload some more stuff.

Thanks for you kind words. Punch drumming with a speed bag IS REAL DRUMMING. There is no difference from the expression of rhythm on any other type of drum. You could learn to do this fairly easily. #KeepPunching

Hey SteveFrye8640 - this doesn't take as long as you think. There are only a few movements from all around the bag. I teach this in the Speed Bag Bible program. You can do this within a few weeks/months and it helps to have a good sense of Rhythm. YOU CAN DO THIS!

I purchased both the medium kzbin.infoUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.
