The makes look crazy during the spawn when their lower fins turn fluorescent green. I love these fish!

I was wading in knee-deep water, casting for bass, pike, and keeping my eyes open for ye olde bowfin for a sight cast. I'm in the water for about 10 minutes, I reel in my cast, and I look to my right (still standing in the water), and a 7-8lb bowfin is visually locked onto my lower leg with the fin rippling. He was so ready to take a bite out of me. Luckily, I ran my spinnerbait in front of him, and the rest is history. Easily the coolest fish in North America.

Make a pop on rain cover for it. Electric assist motor for short hill climb. Battery charge terminal for main battery. Dimmer for the lights, and yellow removable lenses for some situations. Lots of ideas. All cheap mods.

I bought a cheaper one, a Dörr, it wobbles, but only with the downscrew loosened. When it;s locked it doesn't wobble.

The plate can be reversed to gain extra range in either direction, making full use of the slot adjustment. I got my D7100 / Tamron 150-600 to free float by doing this, without the plate needing to dangle partially out.

. Old Vid, but just to point out, these are OEM made. One company makes them, people buy them in bulk, and put their own brand name on them. Date now is 23.7.23 I've just bought the exact same gimble off UK eBay for £15 posted. ($19 USA) works perfect 😊

The correct way of testing a gimbal is to do a walking shoot of pavement / narrow corridor. Not just doing pan shoot

But I would have set the battery next to the dump handle, also i would placed all the wiring beneath the battery and lift the battery with an L bracket, so that it would be easier to replace it without breaking anything... Also this carts have 8 slots for side rails, may be next mod more lights and bartery?!?!?!🤣🤣🤣

It has a grease that's very sticky so movements are not fluid and when you loosen the pan knob the entire assembly wobbles. At the base where it meets the tripod. I now have three Bieke bk 45 gimbal heads and they are far better than these Neewer brands.

Can you tell me what brand of Arca Swiss plate you ordered to replace the one that came with your gimbal? I ordered one for my recently purchased Neewer GM100 Professional gimbal head and the GM100 will not fully clamp it in place.
