Nice video of the Furniture Market!! A lot more to this city than downtown and the HPU.

Cool spot. Some of the best hot springs I've been to. Ouray was also interesting. Lots of cool towns tucked away in CO.

I was just looking at a house for sale there and wondering what the lake looked like. Thanks for posting. I have driven that area before but never got off of 66 or 40.

And the city council of Atlanta also blocked buckhead from leaving the city of Atlanta.
@user-es9ue5wx8m17 күн бұрын
So far the Republican and democrats legislation has blocked the buckhead community (108,388 population 2023)from leaving/separating from the city of Atlanta. God 🙌.

What an awesome video! Y'all might think I'm crazy but looking at the trajectory between downtown and North Hills, could there be a possibility of downtown and North Hills linking up? Not that far apart! Maybe I've missed out on a discussion about the potential but how awesome would that be?!!! Would be totally bad ass!!!

I wonder in the future if Charlotte will regret building those low rise condos and start wishing they would've made them taller in case Charlotte starts to get really dense.

So, you guys don't think that Lake Sidney Lanier is worth mentioning? You claim that Lake Allatoona is the biggest lake? Maybe it is on your list, but Lake Sidney Lanier is the biggest lake in the state of Georgia. And is the reservoir where Atlanta and surrounding cities get their drinking water.
@hi-techhikersАй бұрын
Thank you Rick. I really appreciate you watching the video and leaving comments. Lake Lanier is definitely an awesome lake & huge lake. The reason it was not mentioned because the lake is not within the boundaries of the North Georgia Mountains. The lake would definitely be mentioned if the video was about the best Georgia lakes. Again thank you for watching.
@Rick-if5zbАй бұрын
@hi-techhikers Actually, if you check, Atlanta itself is listed as North Georgia, and Lake Lanier is north of Atlanta. This lake is so big it connects about 4 different counties (about 500+ miles of shoreline at full capacity). I just took offense to you claiming that one of your lakes was the "biggest". Lanier is the biggest man made lake in Georgia.

Well, the footage shows how popular the lake can be boat traffic wise , but otherwise just a lot of repeating aerial area views. Going all the way up and/or down the lake between Seneca and Jocassee dam would have been more interesting...
