I bought a brand new Manitowoc IYT0450A in June, and I recently noticed the fan turns on and off about every 10 seconds. We only use it on weekends, and it's very frustrating the money I spent for this to happen. It's under warranty, so I'll call Manitowoc. What do you think it is?

How do you know if the top or bad heating is bad how do you test

If out the oven in test mode you activate the top or bottom heater and on the display you watch the temperature change and you can also take a amp draw, thanks for the comment and sorry about the late response.

The schematic in the service manual shows the direct connection from the the filament transformer going to FA on the magnetron and then the connection from the HV diode going to F on the magnetron. Just trying to get some clarification. Thanks for making this video.

If the wiring diagram shows it that way, that is how it should be, it does make a difference on how that are connected.

Greatly prefer the self contained systems like the Cornelius Vipers and other FBD units. Seems like an unnecessary step to have to run that line set length to the roof for such a small machine.

Hi, thanks for all info! Question: What is the possibility that the F3 error is caused by the sensor that is mounted on the main board and reads the amperage carried by the red wire that goes through the hole in it? How can I check it if is defective? Greetings from Tijuana, MEX.

If the current sensor is reading wrong then board will have to be replaced, yo verify by taking the amp draw of the mags, each mag should pull about 8 amps, thanks for the comment

What type or what is the most common way to cheap replace in/return temperature sensors? This is standard termistor ntc 4.7k sensors? On label is RTD but I seen few replacements instaled already on fbd 564 machine and I wonder… what type they actually are?

First thanks for sharing this is definitely one of the best videos if not the best of motor replacement for the FBD. In keeping with the mutual respect for information exchange I would like to share with you a technique that I learned in the army and it goes something like this. The AAR after action review in which you summarize what it is you did exactly and what tools special considerations etc needed to be taken into account for a smooth task. You will find that implementing this technique you will improve your process immensely and perhaps even if you are lucky get compensated accordingly. Keep on trucking.

Make sure the K2 relay is good, and verify that the voltage suppling the oven is not dropping if all that is good then the oven may have transformer issues.
