garbage, trim tabs are the only way to go, these things create enough drag to steer the boat like a paddle on one side of a canoe, no thanks.

@ I do overnighters and multi day trips. Anchor up at night is a safer option and saves on the battery

@Barracartel fair mate. We picked up ours today. There is plenty of storage under the cast deck. Will probably throw ours in a plastic tub. Solid boat👍

There’s an anchor well under the fwd most hatch in the cast deck with a cleat up on the nose sheet. The anchor well can alternatively be trolling motor battery storage for smaller lithiums. Plenty of under cast deck storage for bigger batteries

Not a bad rig mate, but those solar panels on the foredeck!!! I'm interested to know what's in the boat that the outboard alternator with a dual battery VSR setup along with those roof mounted 80/100w panels can't handle, needing those additional foredeck panels

Fridge, bait freezer, electric cooking, audio visual system, star link and other work-aboard office systems...plus front panels offset shading of main panels when roof racks are in use

The hard top looks like something a kid made out of some pieces of cardboard. I hope they do well and that they're an improvement over the old model. I almost bought the previous model but went with someting with better quality control and finish.

We've seen it done before. You may notice the bumps thorugh the SeaDek. It can also be prone to lose its adhesive stick compared to laying on a flat sheet.

A trolling motor will bolt straight to the bow foredeck. Anchor well in the forward most hatch of the cast deck with cleat and bow rails as tie off points.

@@paulmilligan9896 yea I see all that but you want your anchor rope running straight out the bow of the boat thru a jam cleat or bow sprit not tied to the cleat and around a bow rail. Much better design to have a trolling motor mount of the port side on such a nice little boat!

@@rob7385 easy solve…. Some guys fitting trolling motors will never need/want a bow sprit. Guys that want a bow sprit instead of a trolling motor can easily fit one after market - plenty off the shelf. Guys that absolutely have to have both could get a plate fabbed/welded on - it’ll be easy to modify with the raw ally finish.

@@paulmilligan9896 who wants to mod or solve issues on a brand new boat should all be an option from factory! And yea most guys who install an electric will use it 99% of the time over and anchor! But on the odd occasion when you’re fishing with the kids, camping in the boat, towing it as a tender or anchored up in decent current up north fishing the runoff you’d want it setup right! In my eyes you want your boat as universal as possible is all I’m saying and I’d be surprised if I’m the only person that thinks that way! Just my 2 cents worth🤘
