How is the animated dc verse so much better than the cinematic universe ? So much more development and detail. its a kid show i remember watching growing up and yet it blows every modern comic film or series out of the water with 5 minutes of dialogue.

this version of Savage I liked and saw he can be redeemed, but it might be at too great a cost, I loved when Superman said on your Feet Mr.Wizerd, most Kansas thing to say, I'd have visited the bat cave for tech but the walk in that post apocalyptical world would be dangerous

When Vandal realizes what Superman is saying about the time machine, you can see such a genuine "...I can fix this?" on his face

This a good way to write a villain off the show.

Makes sense that Green Lantern would be the toughest to kill with the Gravity weapon. They regular make close fly bys of stars and planets so their rings would have to have some means of compensation for that.

I love how this version of Vandal Savage has lived long enough to realise he was wrong.

Then Superman disappeared into the time vortex, and Vandal Savage was left alone. Thousands of years passed, then millions of years. He never saw Superman again. That's the problem with time travel, from the point of view of the source reality.

Savage so charming in this episode. Love it

Man, how come I don't remember this episode from Justice League animated series nor Justice League Unlimited. I probably either skipped or forgot about it. Or they didn't showed it on TV back then in my country. Either way, this episode has better story than any live action or modern animated DC movie.

My dad caught the joke about working on the time machine. He says he worked on it for several decades and when asked why he didn't finish it, "No attention span, I guess." That got right by me but my dad caught it and helped me get it. I love having a dad who can enjoy cartoons.
