Cause after learning of the video, the only way i could think of is, spam prefixes cannot be change, and annul it until the exalted get fire additional arrow suffix. But then, this will have a issue where the bow will have the suffix prefixes cannot be change left, if and the next exalted get fire additional arrow, so do we annul and hope hit the 50%? If i am correct then, meaning crafting hybrid accuracy rating and dex-str, should be after we get fire additional arrow right?

So, basically, you need to grind a lot to get as many orbs as possible so you can gamble and hope you get something useful. This is just terrible game mechanics. I'd rather have a clear crafting skill tree to invest skill points on instead of having to roll through stats with zero control on what comes out. I want to play RPG not gambling.

i dont agree that flicker is a meme build it works great super fun going zoom while everything dies. been playing flicker since ultimatum league and haven't regret it once even tho uber lab as flicker is rough but after that its totally fun.

Saying you “can’t” build flicker strike on a certain build or that rakiatas dance is bis definitively is kinda wacky. In fact, the highest dps flicker for 3.25 according to Poe ninja is a Scion with 700M dps using a two handed rare axe. The top flicker of power player has 701M and is a int stacking scion as well, using dual hand of wisdom and action claws.

The in-game adventure guide gives no instruction at ALL how that mechanic works (like what to do) and a normal LFR type group is supposed to just know what to do??? Absolute shit game design imo

Bro, I've been doing T17 easy with no ripping on like 7 div budget and then 15 div you are full cap dmg ez. All as a league starter. Its just people can't do build properly. Flicker is SUPER TANKY for a normal non stacker build IF you build it properly and play properly.

I've been playing on and off since 2016, never really got into crafting and my builds and progress in end game showed that. This league I decided to change that and this video has helped me 1000%. I have trippled my sustained dps and x7 my burst dps, not only that but I also have 35k evasion and 22k armour. Creators like you are the reason I didn't give up on the complexity of PoE
