Are these the same steps you would use on the 2014?

I get tipped about 70% of the time on Shipt. The bad part is that I only do it sporadically, don’t have as many “regulars,” and only pick promo orders. By doing that, I’m at higher risk of low ratings which I often get for very trivial reasons.

You’re complaining about a $15 dollar tip?? Should of been zero then.

Little youtubing tip: Don't ask for a likes and subscribes upfront. Give value first. Wait until half way through the video, and again at the end of the video, before asking.

I cant go through all that. Good advice. I look at order. I look to see if i like the order. I also look at where the order is going. Those all determine if im gonna take the order. I already know the tip is either going to come or not so its all about the service but the cuatomer has to communicate too. Thats my biggeat gripe about any app. The customer order and juat puts their phone down.

Shipt is a filler app for me. I work full time so i enjoy it on days off but its all part of multiapping for me

I dig what you’re saying but the last part about knowing if you are a good shipt shopper or not I can’t get behind. Sometimes some people you deliver to are just 🤡 customers that don’t tip at all. You can get every item w/ no subs, communicate clearly and still not get tipped. Clowns will be clowns. Period.

Pre paid order at target used to payout but within the last few weeks it has changed and it’s because people like to steal and put stuff in the cart

Shipt just sucks! Its too slow and doesn't pay enough! If you dont offer someone the option to tip upfront on these apps they won't! You cant run all over different zones trying to stay busy and never knowing if your even gonna get tipped. The stores here regularly dont have items they sold and the customers blame you for it. Basically 4 out of 6 tip nothing! Its just a rediculous app! Im out! Let these cheap assholes shop for their own shit!

I'm not going to drive 11 miles for $4.00. And yes I have gotten those offers and not taken them.

In terms of acceptance ratint, how fast do the percentages go up compared to earn by offer?

Except one in 10 orders has you waiting like an idiot because of a failed transaction and being on the phone with Shipt customers service for 15 minutes after multiple failed attempts only to choose to either drop the order or use your own money to pay for the order. That will happen with regularity

New dashers, please don’t believe this. I’ve had an acceptance rate of 85% and still got sent trash. Do what’s best for your gas tank and bank account. Dashtubers like this man are incentivized to lie on their platforms

i am not sure which area you are from. but i wouldn't call a job that takes about 1 hour 20mins for $23 a good one. that's like getting paid about $17 per hour. that's a minimum wage dude. also no mile information on the app. super confusing... thumbs down for shipt...

One time I had somebody use UberX as a way for me to pick up food from a restaurant that wasn’t on any of the delivery platforms. They tipped me so good it was ridiculous. I delivered to a very nice neighborhood.

I am back shipting after taking a year off this time around trying to work smarter not harder these tips are definitely helpful so I’m not running around catching all the orders like crazy lol

Agreed. The amount of 🦍 behavior I see from drivers at restaurants is absurd. I see other drivers just shove the phone in restaurant workers faces. Zero vocal communication. Rude af. Use your damn words ! How hard is it to say “I’m here to pick up an order for so and so”. And then you show the phone if requested. It’s no wonder ppl hate “us”. Because of the behavior of the bad ones.

People don't wanna tip/ tipping brings good service. Not tipping brings bad service. In America you got to pay for good service. The delivery fee don't go to the drivers the tip does. If you don't tip expect people to probably purposely do that
