Some of the monsters have meanings too. The yellow one in a clown costume with wings for ears is the only one to have non pixelated eyes. It also is the only one that lipsyncs to the lyrics. The melty purple one that's also in a clown costume has non pixelated eyes, along with the one that is a darkened silhouette of the yellow monster with pink eyes. Those monsters are the ones feeling guilty for abusing the victim. The other monsters, especially the one that appears during the "How DARE YOU DEPRIVE ME" lyric most likely represent the urge to keep taking. I also think Sodikken's other song, Misery Meat is from the persective of the victim. And fun little things, the music video of People Eater is in a video game style while Misery Meat's is of paper puppets. The abuser treats this as just a game, and the victim is being controlled like a puppet.
