I have one question.Does all the MTech TA and RA students of same branch get sit together in a same class for the first year ..? Can you explain the classroom experience ..do we need to go to the classes from second year..?

Bro can u please cover the following points in your videos for IIT B, D, M, K, KGP, R, G, NIT W, NIT T, NIT K 1) Are Internships allowed for M.Tech, if yes, only summer (or) can we utilize summer+ second year complete. 2) Lets say X company is coming to campus every year, can we apply to internships off campus for the same company after the first year? - can we apply both on campus and off campus if we register for placement ? 3) Some IIT's don't allow internships right... so how will it affect in terms of placement? 4) By internship, what do all mean? Is it summer internship or internship like PPO, cant we do it in second year also?(like goldman sachs, flipkart , myntra hosts hackathons and gives ppo right, so in second year we have to do that, wont they allow these type of internships too? 5) And also , can you tell please us , basically there will be verification of resumes submitted by placement offices right..., are relieving letters, experience letters are mandatory or pay slips are enough 😒😒...current organization is asking 2L, I have absconded, so should I get one?

There's next to no PSUs for the CS. At best you can get into ISRO or DRDO but even their openings are few and far between. targeting PSUs via GATE CS is meaningless

Actually world level me india ko iisc banglore represent karta hai ,world ranking me iisc ke karib koi bhe iit nhi hai sab iit bohot piche hai But engineering me iits are good But iisc bhe research field me iits se kuch jyada he upper hai ,bec their academic are very very harder then any iit academics Or iisc ka data jyada share nhi kiya jata but iisc me bhe bohot achi placements hoti hai Iisc Is superior than all IIT's. Those who know reality they know Even IITians also agree my comments, Abhi kuch IIT fans comments iits ke favor me karenge or ye vo log honge jo jee de rahe hai but iisc ke bare me jada jante nhi honge ,but reality me baap college is iisc banglore, reality yahi hai 👍👍

Do not understand the point in spending 2 full years doing MTech in CS when you are already working in software (assume all you have a BTech in CS) just to take another software job after MTech. Part-time Masters or specific courses in which you want to develop skills make much more sense.

Not at all true. There are multiple reasons to do mtech from IIT. If you're already in Faang, then perhaps not, unless you want to change the domain of work. A lot of IITians from the old IITs come with the experience of working in product-based, because as it seems sometime, getting favourite role and compensation in favourite companies is not easy. Mtech makes it easy. And if you are in service-based then definitely grabbing top company offers is the easiest through IIT Mtech. Also, if you want to go in AI, then there is no other choice than this path. So I request not to spread bold advice to people like this without proper knowledge and experience of all these.

@@bruteforce_cseI am saying this from general point of view and am sure as you have stated for specific cases this may be different. If you look at any top 50 US university, you will find very few students joining MS in CS by those working in software and have a BS in CS (other than international students for different reasons or those doing it as a Prerequisite for a PhD). I am assuming it is the same in IITs as many of the courses in MTech are a repeat of what you have done in BTech. (I can tell this was true a few decades back when I graduated from IIT). It is rare for corporations to employ someone in software based more on education than skill. (PhDs may be exceptions based on role)

Again wrong. The 90% of things you do in MTech is totally different and a lot more advanced than BTech. Atleast in top IITs, you've to work in SOTA research to get through your Mtech, also a lot of these courses here are for only PG or Final year UG with certain CPI criteria. US and India are a lot different in terms of tech industry. India hugely operates on mass recruitment and supply is extremely more than demand here which is not the case in US. There are tons of other reasons also. Hence, I strongly advise to take experience guidance from the people who have lived through this before coming to such wrong conclusions.

There is no girls quota for mtech . and sorry to say but with general category , I think your chances are slim for getting IITM .

@@souradiptachoudhuri4724 Reservation policy of iits -The seats are also of two pools - Gender-Neutral (80%) and Female-Only (20%). If a female fails to get her seat in Female-Only category, she gets admitted via the Gender-Neutral category of seats. It's called supernumerary ( women quota )

After summerholidays, summerholidays College will start like in mid July. So everyone has to start mtech proj right from mid July right? How does the people don't get internship get completed in Oct instead of Dec?
