Thanks! No specific diet for me. I just try to eat healthy and no deep-fried foods. I always with heavy weights to stay strong. I’ll try to get to posting some of my workout routines.

This is what's called a "Navy Shower". 👍 Many trucker rest stops have indoor showers that you can use so you don't have to shower outside. Ask the staff at the rest stop if they have one.

You have to use Anti Gell in diesel fuel. You can buy it at any parts store, like HOT SHOT EDT for winter. But you should use Hot Shot EDT summer mix with every fill up to prolong the life in your Diesel engine.

Clear water beach in my opinion is the best looking beach in Florida...and that Tampa area is beautiful!!! Im from North east Florida , jax area..Amelia Island is nice up this way!

Painfull too too watch this at times tbh. I suggest learning how too use a chainsaw and a new chain that ones tost with the time spent in dirt. And if you wanna back country. There is some good recovery youtube channels too lear a lot.

First thing I would've done was get the windshield wipers off the windshield. He was smart to crack the windows for fresh air. I do that in my truck. Also he slept with too many clothes on. I sleep with my jeans & just a t shirt. With clothes was wearing sleeping with the heat on. He could've got over heated or get cold. From sweating
