Ultra white nylon stocing would do well to help hide the edges and diffuse the beam. Its also very stretchy. Use a half sphere hollow cap to keep the tip rounded

Probably shouldn’t have went with a lipo battery, there very dangerous and require an expensive charger. Probably better for you to use a small 4s lithium ion battery with bms. Besides that good video! You can use a voltage converter buck/boost to get the diff voltage for motor.

Pretty cool. Not too dissimilar to an idea I had to contain plasma with a possible real real lightsaber. Unfortunately, plasma doesn't interact with itself so you can't have proper duels.
