Some are very old snack cakes from Korea. In particular, Choco Pie has a history of about 50 years, and although it has not been officially exported since the 1990s, it is already known to communist countries such as Russia, China, and Vietnam.

No they are different, having both helps the products bond to the nail bed

Ph bond is a nail dehydrator. It is used so that the base coat adhears better. It isn't polish.

Good video however I do have questions. If you cure nail by nail isn’t that exposing your skin more than necessary to that light which can cause skin cancer? Why don’t you wear gloves to protect your hands from the light?
@SarahW3 жыл бұрын
You can use LED or UV I believe 😊 Have never seen anyone wearing gloves to the nail salon, to each their own though
@sarahmiles18772 жыл бұрын
She's using an LED light... but if using UV, you actually get more UV exposure walking from your car to the salon than you would during a manicure.

I don’t like to polish my nails before . Is it a problem? Cause I don’t like it . I mean , nothing happened if you don’t polish it before to add the gelish. I think.
@SarahW3 жыл бұрын
You mean to file before? Ya some people do not. I find for me to have a more buff surface reduces peeling. If you already have porous or thin nails you could skip, just ensure you do the foundation step

hi sarah your video too good vs another i just want to know when i apply my nai color is chipped so soon means one two days my prep is good every step is just like you every time its chipped off or some time its crinkled😐
@sarahmiles18772 жыл бұрын
Crinkling and chipping are both signs of a thick application. All layers need to be very thin for the light to cure them thoroughly. When you wipe away the tacky layer from your top coat, make sure to use a rubbing alcohol of 90% or higher for a proper, solid finish.

I did my nails for the first time and they only lasted 4 days hence why I'm here. I see what I need to do next hehe thank you! Also, don't you need to apply sunscreen to protect yourself from UV light?
@Charity_never_Faileth3 жыл бұрын
Should actually be LED, UV is with Shellac only (in my training), so no UV with the LED lamps :) I am a professional, so my lamp switches between UV for Shellac and LED with Gellish; but I have used suncreen with the UV lamp, if that’s all you have, it’ll work (this is why shellac became unpopular, the need for UV lamps).
@clairer3423 жыл бұрын
Yep UV is dangerous, so I only work with brands that are completely cured with just LED lights. This is a very good reminder though!! 😄
@sineadiloveyou2 жыл бұрын
@@Charity_never_Faileth Led uv lights damages the skin too, it's the same actually so use sunscreen. I use Mani gloves

When doing gel or enhancements on your nails, you are supposed to do them as a dry manicure. Soaking your nails in water makes the product not adhere to the nails.
@SarahW3 жыл бұрын
Drying them and using the dehydrator accomplishes the same in my experience, everyone has their own preference though

@heathergwozdek47413 жыл бұрын
Get a buffer or nail file and buff off the shine of the polish. Soak a cotton ball or lint free wipe in acetone and wrap a piece of foil over your nail. Let soak for a few minutes and then use a wooden stick to remove the polish.

Hello! Just wondering if I missed the step of wiping off the sticky residue, will it be the cause of those little bubbles on my fingers around the nails
@SarahW3 жыл бұрын
Hey Sherry, If you don’t wipe the residue it will just stay sticky feeling. If you have little bubbles you need to remove them before curing under the lamp otherwise you may notice them after

Hey, thanks for the video! :) In my experience, it works better with the thin foil as the clips let more acetone evaporate in the process while with the thin foil more acetone is “trapped” in there to work on the gel :)
