Air-tight container rakhte hobe. Jodi apni baire rakhen tahale 15 days valo thakbe. Jodi fridge e rakhen tahale upto 1 month valo thakbe.

I dont understand bengali at all but could really feel the flow . I feel red pepper powder is missing to balance the sweet and right amount of heat.

In this recipe there's no need to use red pepper powder. But if you want you can. English sub is given. Hopefully that will help you to understand the recipe better.
