I digg the Muay Thai and Sanda unified rules. Being able to use Muay Thai's 8 limbs and ALL Sanda's throwing techniques is a dope mix. Even better if they're given more clinch time.

Like a sport, with rules, thai demonstrates be superior. But I guess in the streets, for self defense, sanda would won. How can you kick if you are on the floor? How can you punch effectively? You can't.

Keep in mind though there are many Sanda guys lost to Muay Thai too, so don't judge by one fight or just by this winner. If one fight determines everything then the whole world will just stop training anything else but Sanda. I do like Sanda too because it is not a fly chasing kung fu.

Sanda pretty much dominates the first 2 rounds of the match but Muaythai knees leaves the sanda guy pretty defenseless. His takedowns does nothing and the more the rounds go the stronger the thai guy becomes.
