Earlier they have cheated many owners,dragged the owners to court ,not paid rents not maintaind hoses properly not responded to calls ,supervisors,managers change every day, no responsible management.Be ware before joining this group.check properly

Nestaway too charges brokerage in the name of house finding fee and honestly the entire process is just a scam. Would never suggest Nestaway to anyone!

We aim to provide our tenants with a smooth and transparent renting process and it's disheartening to know that we've missed the mark in your case. However, while checking our records we see that your house was tagged under non-IDR, a “Settlement Recommendation Report (SRR)” will be prepared based on the condition of the property, status of utility bills, and deductions as per the agreed policy which will then be shared with you and the owner. Post this, the owner is required to refund your amount after deductions as appropriate. We are following up with the owner on your behalf and unfortunately, he is taking time to refund it. @@NestAwayTalkies This reply shows exactly how fraudulent Nestaway is. The settlement report was made long ago. I have been following up on my refund since Jan ‘24. When I tweeted about my issue I got a response that the owner has refunded my amount and that Nestaway is processing the refund but on my dashboard it still shows that owner hasn’t refunded the SD. There is a complete lack of coordination and transparency in the company. I have taken legal measures now. That is the only resort left for me to get my money back.

Hi team, It's been almost 10 days i have booked this property at presitge sunshine apartment B3034 , at electronic city.. ! Before the day of I move in..! Property manager called me and said that i need to pay maintainence at society..! I agreed to what he said.. ! But the day when I have to move in, he did not pick up his call..! So nestaway sent an alternate person to complete the move in process, but the person who came gave the key to me...! Took the OTP FROM ME, and told me to take the rental agreement copy and submit the same to maintenance department of the apartment and get the gate pass..! I thought it is a simple process and agreed to him. And he left.. ! But when I went to maintenance department and gave the necessary documents, they said they need an confirmation mail from the owner of the apartment, as previous person who stayed in the apartment has to pay some charges..! I informed the same to you nestaway customer care people..! But it's been almost ten days...! No update from your side..!neither your area manager not attending the phone call.They said within 48 hours they will resolve the issue.. ! Buts it been more than 10 days..! No update.. ! Kindly pls provide me update on this one as early as possible..!
