Home is not a vacationing destination if you live under Nestaway. 1. I still have not received a hard copy of a "rental agreement" for the property that I have lived in for over a year. 2. Nestaway is clearly trying to make money out of us by charging us for infrastructure damage on the terrace that was never part of our property or responsibility, to begin with. I have raised tickets for all of these concerns and continue to get berated by Nestaway's customer service team. The only way to get a response from Nestaway is by sharing your concerns on their social media pages cause apart from that the Nestaway "care" team really doesn't care to respond in a timely manner or in accordance with what you have requested of them.
