SIBO is stress on the body-I am in adrenal fatigue and dealing with SIBO and Hashimotos. SUX!! My Gastro dr refused to give me a second script for Xifaxan.

How often are we supposed to go to the toilet? I usually go once or twice a day and I feel like I'm horribly constipated, like I should be going at least 3 times a day to feel good.

@@The_New_Abnormal_World_Order at least daily but the gold standard is 3 times a day. The goal is to feel like you’ve completely evacuated all stool each time and ideally have stool that’s a Bristol 3 or 4. You can go daily and still be constipated.

I am so grateful for these videos. I'm on day 6 of my journey right now. Suffering severe crashes, dizziness, and weightloss despite drinking as much as I can and adding in fat SINCE day 2! Argh! Thank you for documenting these and keeping them up. So many times each day a voice in my head says to just give up, but your videos remind me that there's something to look forward to - and that it's going to be okay. Here's to 15 days left!

Only way I controlled my SIBO is to go strict Carnivore and eat once every 72 hours. You can't get rid of SIBO. That's what most doctors won't tell your. And if you "get rid of it" , it will come back....because you never got rid of it to begin with. You can only control it.

No, burping wasn’t a big symptom for me. I had lots of bloating instead.

It isn’t the same blend as MotilPro and contains artichoke (which MotilPro doesn’t). It doesn’t seem to cause the ginger throat burn so is better tolerated by people who suffer from acid reflux or who are sensitive to the ginger burn.

I feel so ill. I am having a sibo test tomorrow and have acid reflux ith a hernia and have acid comes up. My tummy looks pregnant. Diarrhea and burping and gas. I feel awful

No, gas wasn't such an issue for me. I did get bloated but not so gassy. After the ED I did feel great, despite not getting a negative breath test result.

Re Refaximin. My local pharmacy gave me a cost of $2,784 for 42 pills 550 mg. I was able to purchase it through a CIPA-certified Canadian pharmacy for less than $105 out the door- including free shipping. It took several weeks to get, but who cares given the price difference?!

pls tell us WHAT TYPE CAPSULE Berberine etc to use to deliver Meds to SIBO location? If capsules disintegrate in large intestine - how would that treat SIBO? won't it just kill good intestinal bacteria?? Is the reason u use such HIGH DOSE is u using wrong capsule coating?

A colonic will force bacteria into your small intestine. Never ever do them. Douches are also bad for the same reason
