Constantly finding solutions for customers in return for points, or cash! It’s relentless but you choose that life, remember that. If you can’t cope with it, don’t do it, it’s not easy but it is rewarding in the end, just remember where you started and where your end goal is.

Out of everyone in the comments, who kept the promise to themselves? After 1 year? After 2 years? After 3 years? After 4 years? Im in my 5th year of starting my business. The first year it employed myself, the 2nd year myself and my wife, the 3rd year my younger brother then he died. The 4th year my business employeed my younger cousin, myself my wife and and a new unrelated employee. He then quit its back to 3 of us now. Along the way my old problems now seem so insignificant. Im afraid now more than ever. I see now that the feeling of pain never really does leave you. Now money is not a problem, I i never thought I would say that. My problems are much more complex now at a very deep and mental level that takes allot of self reflection, self respect, self discipline, self awareness. A deep awareness of yourself and your true identity. Only then will you become a true and resilient leader that people will follow without giving it a second thought. The pain is and always will be there with you, but you alone are the key to your own definition of if success. This last year was the hardest for me out of all of them. Feeling so low and at the same time feeling so high. Feeling so lonely and isolated is a normal part of being a leader.

Omg, so many things go wrong and you constantly have to solve problems. You depend on so many people doing their job right but they don’t care as much as you do …. You have to be fully invested day and night . But it is all very exciting as well, watching your ideas coming to life ….

Success is built on consistency, not luck. Keep showing up for your dreams every single day, and you’ll see the results. 🌟💼 What habits are you working on to stay consistent?

All I have to say is this, when people ask "Do you like doing it?" My answer has and always will be - "I absolutely love it". If my business fails tomorrow, I'd just find another way to open another business and make money. I refuse to do anything but to fail forward. 293k in revenue my first 2 years in business. Money means nothing to me. The joy of running my business is the only thing that keeps me going. I'll never go back. God bless everyone. Never give up and always set goals and take them seriously.

My mother always watched Oprah, Dr. Phil, everything educational. She loved reading self help books. I started at a young age. She removed us from public school and we were all self taught. Her belief was “if you want to you will.” She didn’t sit down beside us and help us do our schoolwork. She taught us how to be self sufficient. I don’t know if I’d still be alive if she had taught us codependency. I’ve survived so many battles bc I knew how to think for myself. I believe most homeschooled children are very self sufficient, introverts, and codependency is something that we can’t afford. All we know is that we were taught to be ourselves and rely on ourselves. I am trying to instill these same principles into my children, to someday instill into their children.

I’m so over everyone focusing only on entrepreneurship as if climbing the ladder in a corporate job means nothing anymore I fell victim to it I think they are trying to get ppl my ppl out of corporate and have them go broke chasing being an entrepreneur
