Sorry to all the fellow teeenagers-at-heart - I liked this video and now it's at 70. I have the gas-only 2500W Westinghouse and man, I wish I knew there was a dual fuel one when I got it a couple of years ago.

I think it would help your channel if you demonstrated how to set the camper up. Things you need after you buy your first camper. Different kinds of setups at campgrounds. Videos for the beginners just starting out. What type of hose to use for water. Not a garden hose. Differences in amp plugs at rv parks and how to know which service your camper needs. The best way to level your camper. Tips on driving a rv safely including how to avoid low hanging branches. Just some ideas for ya!

Bought a similar sofa which was missing the foam from the backrest. To me it looks like there would be a 3” foam and a 1/2 “ foam on either side of the metal frame. Would you be able to confirm that for me? Also do you need to use a foam to make the bed level. It looks like the inner pieces are lower than the outer section🤔 thankyou in advance for your feedback.

Nice to see a 36" gas line. I got a 24" on the Champion i bought my daughter after Hurricane Helene... These dual fuels are nice. I hooked my Westinghouse 4500 up to my 500 gallon propane tank with a quick disconnect by removing the 1st of the two regulators that came with it.

I got one of these and it sat at home a couple months before I got to it. Never worked, has a fault when charging. Took it apart and one of the cells is damaged. Enginstar said they can fix it but it will cost more than buying a replacement unit and recommended to throw it out then purchase another one.

Thanks for the good news, we installed a Vortex I in the bathroom and a Vortex II in the livingroom of our AIM 15RB this weekend to replace the 2 stock ‘computer’ fans that came with the trailer. Seat of the pants when testing draw thru only the small bathroom window with either one of the original fans I felt little or no air moving, with either one of the Heng’s the draw was felt immediately and definitively. Big improvement, however the true test may not come until we get some more hot weather in CT. I simultaneously ordered a top of the line MaxxAir and Fan-tastic which are sitting in my garage as we speak, I couldn’t marshal the nerve or energy (I’m 75) to undertake installing them especially so late in the season. I would expect them to once again be an order of magnitude better than the Heng’s so I may keep them until next spring for a possible install.

I like how accessible the engine is for maintenance. The overall generator also very small compared to my HF inverter model. The propane option is nice too. Crazy that just after i commented on your other video we had a power outage over here.
@mygiguser4 ай бұрын
That sounded very loud. The plastic cover looked like it was breathing at one point LOL. How long can that run on a full bottle of propane?
@CampingFamily4 ай бұрын
Surprisingly it's not too loud. I could barely hear it in the camper. I didn't notice the plastic movement when I was by it but the video shows that. I'll have to look at that again. I think it's the air circulating inside. Once this bottle is empty i'll fill it up and do a time test.

I want a dual fuel for natural gas. I think I would have to change the nozzle or jet on a propane unit. Nice generator.
@CampingFamily4 ай бұрын
I think on some there is a kit to allow for natural gas. I'll have to check into that as well.

Just need the natural gas regulator with load block hose/fittings for connectors. There's no internal regulator on this Gen.

Is there a way to know how much gas from the Generator side, or do you have to place the Tank on a scale till it hits 20lbs out offuel, or measure view a heat strip? Awesome test OHfred
