Pls try with sine wave inverter transformer of capacity. 800 va to 1 kv. . It have primary volt less than 12 v. Usually 7.5 v : 220 v sec

You should check by ferride transformer. You can make it. Use 90 turn for AC 220 volt and 4-0-4 turn for 12 volt. Then posetive (+) of 12v use in the 0 connection, 4 & 4 wire connect with mosfet drain. it will work.

34:45 Yea you are correct, the transformer is center-tapped type. The centre wire is for half winding if you use both end wires then you will be using full winding of transformer which will increase the secondary output voltage. But if your inverter output voltage is nearly 24V ( as your x'mer is 12-0-12) then you should be getting nearly 220-230V at secondary side of x'mer by using both end wires of primary side. Try this it might help.
