@LoMeinIsSquare Actually, the spark Go into the Spark Cab is pretty good. But of course, I know what you're talking about, and I agree. I hate when guitarists have these amazing plugins that the normal guitarist (like me) could never afford, and they make the guitar sound completely different and amazing. That is disingenuous to viewers, if you ask me. And I have had guys complain because I don't use them. My comment back is. It should always be 1. The person playing. 2. The cable into the amp. 3. Amp makes noise. It is so simple even I can do it. This channel is for the normal guitarist just like me. Thanks for the comment. You rock with your observation. Take care brother.

@@Larryjo194 I'm wondering if players are wanting it or if they are doing it because it is cheaper. Not as much routing or pots needed with one pickup. One thing that is an advantage of no tone knob is the tone is all the way on with no resistance from a tone knob. With bass it makes it to where you get a much brighter sound than if the tone knob is all the way up. Should be the same on guitar. On bass tone up all the way is the brightest while tone down is the thickest. Generally speaking. Also, the closer the pickup is to the bridge the brighter the tone, while being closer to the neck thickens it a bit.

I appreciate you tipping it on it's side so I could see the neck angle. I've always been curious about how they deal with LP style guitars's neck angle and high bridge when installing a tremolo. Strats have a pretty much straight neck, no angle I mean. Yours seems to have a slight neck angle and the Floyd is probably a little higher than a standard Strat bridge but lower than an LP. I love the LP style but struggle with the higher strings, off the body. Cheers
@Larryjo194Ай бұрын
@wayne3340 I never got into the neck angle too much. But I will say that I always lower the action to a set level that fits with my playing. I don't measure it. I just feel it. I don't think I lower this guitars action. It was great when it arrived used. I used to have a Gibson Les Paul Classic and this Esp Ltd feels way better than that did, even after I adjusted the Gibson. That should tell you something about the build quality. Thanks for the comment. Take care, brother.
